Dr. Ethan Chute
Dentist
Dr. Ethan Chute was born and raised in Kalispell, MT. He completed his undergraduate degree at Washington State University in 1996 and graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 2000. After serving four years in the US Navy, Dr. Chute moved back to Minnesota with his family in 2004 and has been an owner of Andover Family Dentistry since 2006. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Minnesota Dental Association, and Minneapolis District Dental Society.
Dr. Chute lives in Ramsey with his wife, Lisa. Together, they have two adult children. In his free time, Dr. Chute enjoys golfing, traveling, cheering on the Golden Gophers, and partaking in the many other outdoor recreational opportunities that Minnesota offers.
Dr. Chute is committed to providing the best possible care for his patients. He will take the time to listen to your concerns and looks forward to working together with you to achieve and maintain excellent dental health.
Dr. Vincent Floeder
Dentist
Dr. Vincent Floeder grew up in Shoreview, MN. He completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of St. Thomas in 2013 and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 2017. Following dental school, Dr. Floeder proudly served as an officer in the United States Navy for four years providing dental care to our nation’s Sailors and Marines.
Dr. Floeder is married to his wife, Catherine, and together they have two little girls and a new baby boy. He enjoys spending time outside with his family and friends; playing sports, travelling, and sampling craft beers.
Dr. Floeder constantly strives to provide the best dentistry possible. His kind, caring demeanor puts his patients at ease and helps them take interest in their oral health. He enjoys working with patients of all ages, from young children to adults, and looks forward to establishing long-lasting relationships.
Dr. Holly Hill
Dentist
Dr. Holly Hill grew up in Coon Rapids. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Winona State University and her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry.
She married her high school sweetheart, Tony, and together they have two young children. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, and boating on the Mississippi River.
Dr. Hill strives to provide her patients with an excellent dental experience. She enjoys getting to know her patients, so she can help them achieve their dental health goals. Shared decision-making, communication, and trust are extremely important to her. Dr. Hill takes great pride when her patients are healthy, happy, and take control of their oral health!
Dr. Holly Hill has recently attended The Pankey Institute in Key Biscayne, FL and attended advanced continuing education in dentistry. During these courses she developed skills to advance her technical knowledge to provide advanced restorative dentistry with a focus on both function and aesthetics.
Founded in 1969, The Pankey Institute is a nonprofit educational organization dedicated to helping dental professionals master advanced technical skills, improve behavioral skills, and nurture a positive philosophy towards life and practice. It was the first institute of its kind and remains among the most prestigious in the world, attracting dentists from more than 40 nations.
Meet Our Dental Hygienists
Tracie
Dental Hygienist
Tracie has been a Licensed Dental Hygienist since 1995 and a team member at Andover Family Dentistry since 2007. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Minnesota. She is certified to administer nitrous oxide and local anesthesia. Tracie is committed to providing her patients with thorough, comprehensive care and prides herself on her ability to build trusting and long-lasting relationships. She cares deeply for her patients and their families and does her best to create a comfortable, compassionate environment for all.
Tracie is married to her husband Scott and together they have two grown daughters. In her spare time she enjoys exercising, reading and spending time with her family.
Denise
Dental Hygienist
Denise is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. She has been working as a Licensed Dental Hygienist since 1999. She joined the Andover Family Dentistry team in March 2014. She is certified in local anesthesia and nitrous oxide administration. Denise states that her most rewarding role in dentistry is developing patient relationships and working with them towards their optimal oral health.
Denise and her husband reside in Ramsey. She enjoys cooking, traveling and outdoor activities. She always looks forward to family time with her adult children and their spouses who all reside in the Metro area.
Rachel
Dental Hygienist
Rachel has been a Licensed Dental Hygienist with Andover Family Dentistry since May 2022. She started her dental career in 1999 as a dental assistant, and then went on to get her dental hygiene degree at Argosy University in 2003. Rachel also has her certificate to administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide.
Rachel chose to become a dental hygienist because of the regular interactions she is able to have with her patients. She takes pride in connecting with her patients and helping make them feel comfortable. Rachel enjoys hearing stories about each patient’s interests, families, or travels at each appointment. She also believes that patient education is an important part of oral health and is always willing to offer the latest recommendations.
Rachel lives
in Ramsey with her husband and two school-aged children. She enjoys scrapbooking, traveling, long weekends at the camper, and cheering on her kids with their competition dance and basketball teams.
Marie
Dental Hygienist
Marie has been a team member at Andover Family Dentistry since August 2020. She has been a licensed dental hygienist since 1990 and is certified in nitrous oxide administration. Marie truly enjoys getting to know her patients and is committed to helping them with their oral health. She feels proud and blessed to be a part of such an amazing work family.
Marie is married to her high school sweetheart, Kevin. Together they have two adult children and a teenage daughter. Outside of the office, Marie enjoys getting together with friends and family. She also likes books, puzzles, yoga, and spending time at the family cabin in Wisconsin.
Kristy
Dental Hygienist
Kristy began her career as a licensed dental hygienist in 2003 and joined the Andover Family Dentistry team in 2010. She enjoys getting to know her patients and providing them with the best possible dental care.
Kristy and her husband have three active children who keep them very busy. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and being outdoors.
Melanie
Dental Hygienist
Melanie has been working as a Licensed Dental Hygienist since graduating from the University of Minnesota in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene degree. She is certified in both local anesthesia and nitrous oxide sedation. Melanie joined the Andover Family Dentistry team in November 2022. Developing relationships with patients is her favorite part of her job. She strives to make each appointment a positive experience, so patients leave their appointment feeling healthier and well-cared for.
Outside of work, Melanie enjoys spending time with her husband, adult children, granddaughter, and friends. In the summer months, she splits her spare time between a park model trailer on Leech Lake and tending to shrub and perennial beds at her home in Dayton. During the winter months, Melanie is most likely to be reading a good book or researching future plant purchases.
Andrea
Dental Hygienist
Andrea graduated with honors from Minnesota State University, Mankato. She has been working as a Licensed Dental Hygienist since 2000 and is certified in local anesthetic and nitrous oxide sedation. She joined the Andover Family Dentistry team in 2023. Andrea feels that her most rewarding role in dentistry is developing patient relationships and guiding them towards optimal oral hygiene.
Andrea lives in Elk River with her husband and children. In her downtime she enjoys the outdoors especially fishing, kayaking and cross country skiing. Andrea also loves to bake.
Meet Our Dental Assistants
Tiffanie
Dental Assistant
Tiffanie is a Licensed Dental Assistant, graduating in 2005 from Century College (White Bear Lake), and working side by side with Dr. Hill. Dentistry is her passion and she is eager to learn and grow. Her favorite part of dentistry is meeting new patients, establishing long lasting relationships with them, and helping to make dental appointments a more comfortable experience.
Tiffanie is married with three wonderful children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, making her children smile, being outside, drinking a coffee, and shopping at Target.
Dana
Dental Assistant
Dana joined Andover Family Dentistry in 2021 as Dr. Chute’s chairside assistant. Dana is a licensed dental assistant and she is nitrous oxide certified. She graduated from the dental assisting program at Hennepin Technical College in Brooklyn Park in 1998. Dana enjoys being able to assist the dentist and helping patients have a pleasant dental experience.
Dana is the proud mother of 2 girls, her oldest daughter graduated with a master’s in business administration with a minor in international business from UMD. Her younger daughter is an outgoing animated middle schooler who loves singing, dancing and acting.
Besides spending time with her two daughters, family and friends, Dana loves sunny days and being outdoors.
Katie
Dental Assistant
Katie started with Andover Family Dentistry in November of 2020 as a float assistant helping out around the office while she was attending dental assisting school. Katie graduated and became a licensed dental assistant in December of 2021 and remains a valuable part of our team.
Katie is a mom who loves spending time with her family and friends as well as her dogs. Katie enjoys attending sporting events like the Minnesota Wild and Timberwolves. She also enjoys traveling when possible and trying new restaurants, breweries and wineries.
Patty
Dental Assistant
Patty graduated in 2005 with her Dental Assisting License from Hennipen Technical College in Eden Prairie. She has worked mostly in general dentistry, but also worked in endodontics for one year and in oral surgery for just over 2 years. Patty says general dentistry is her favorite because she can get to know the patients better and not just when they are in pain. Patty Joined the Andover Family Dentistry team in 2023 as Dr. Floeders chairside assistant.
Patty's hobbies are gardening, puzzles, reading, camping and going on road trips with her husband Mike. She has two children that are out making their own futures. Patty is patiently waiting for grandchildren.
Meet Our FRONT DESK TEAM
Angela
Dental Assistant
Angela joined the team in 2019. She will be one of the first people you meet at the front desk. She enjoys getting to know the patients and loves hearing their stories! Angela has also been a registered dental assistant since 2000.
Angela and her husband live in Rogers. They have two boys, Luke and Landon. She enjoys scrap-booking, traveling, and being at all of her kids' activities.
Angie
Dental Assistant
Angie has worked for AFD since October 1st 1994. Her favorite part is the relationships she has made with her patients over the years and seeing the children of those same patients. She has enjoyed seeing multiple generations come through the doors.
Angie was born and raised in Coon Rapids and never left. She met her husband Joe in 9th grade and together they have 4 children and 5 amazing grandbabies! In her spare time Angie enjoys all things grandchildren!!! Also motorcycle riding with her husband, traveling and reading.
Angie considers it a blessing to work every day with her incredible dental family.
Brenda
Dental Assistant
Brenda graduated in 1993 from Concorde Career Institute and has been a licensed dental assistant ever since. She has been with Andover Family Dentistry since 2018. Her favorite part of working at Andover Family Dentistry is the fun atmosphere provided by both the staff and patients.
Brenda is married to her high school sweetheart, and they enjoy traveling and golfing together. Brenda also enjoys crafting, reading and spending time with her fur and feather babies.
